Whether you want to lose weight, become stronger or just want to feel healthier, Kristin will help you reach your strength and conditioning goals. Kristin has been active in sports and fitness from a young age including competitive hockey, rugby and CrossFit. She always loves a new challenge and loves to support the local fitness community. Kristin spent 5 years in Australia where she played for the South Australian Women’s State Rugby Team while completing her Personal Training and Group Fitness Certifications with the Australian Institute of Fitness. She is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and a CanFit Pro Personal Training Specialist.
